Is JBoss EAP 8 supported for IdentityIQ 8.5 (on prem)? The supported platforms doc (see attached) lists JBoss EAP 7.4 as being supported for IIQ 8.5, but EAP 7 is no longer supported.

I believe JBoss EAP 8 is not officially supported for IdentityIQ 8.5. The JBoss documentation indicates that JBoss EAP 8 provides backward compatibility for JBoss EAP 7 applications, which means that if you are using JBoss EAP 7, you may still be able run IdentityIQ 8.5 on your on-premises environment. You could test this in a DEV environment (I have not tested this myself). You might want to reach out to the SailPoint developer community to see if anyone has tried this.
@chauhanp Best way to open a support ticket and get Sailpoint Support confirmation. Even if you make it work and if it is not officially supported, then you’ll not get proper support for any issues that could arise due ti JBoss EAP 8.

For those who have the same question, below is response I received from SailPoint Support.
"JBoss 7.4 is supported on IdentityIQ 8.5 per https://community.sailpoint.com/t5/IdentityIQ-Articles/IdentityIQ-Supported-Platforms-Matrix/ta-p/75551.
JBoss EAP 8 is Jakarta EE dependent and is not compatible with and is not supported on IdentityIQ 8.5."
