I am interested in obtaining access to SailPoint IQ for training purposes, particularly those involved in the helpdesk role, to acquire the necessary skills and knowledge needed to effectively implement and support IdentityIQ solutions. Could anyone please provide information on the steps and requirements for becoming a SailPoint customer and gaining access to IdentityIQ for training purposes? And could you recommend specific courses and certifications suitable for individuals entering a helpdesk role.I also understand that there is a SailPoint Mock Project available for training purposes. How can I gain access to this resource to enhance practical skills in a simulated environment? I would like to set up a sandbox environment to practice and familiarize myself with IdentityIQ. What are the steps and prerequisites for obtaining a sandbox, and is there any specific documentation or guidelines available for this purpose? Thank you so much. Sorry, but I was still confused on how to become a SailPoint customer to gain access to the training paths and professional certifications. Clicking on the courses, it says ‘Access Denied’ and ‘You do not have access to the requested page or it does not exist’. What are the steps I need to take to get registered for these courses. I went to the learning catalog to try and sign up for an eLearning subscription but it says there were no classes to enroll in and there was no clear path in being able to register for the courses.
