@kabeer451 Have you executed iiq schema and extendedSchema command in the console to generate the DB files? Also, did you compare identityextended.hbm file in available in your project folder in 8.3 vs 84?

identityextended.hbm.xml file and mssql-jdbc-11.2.0.jre8.jar, resolved the issue.
