Password management in IdentityNow

Hi,

I have 2 applications Eg: AD and JDBC configured for password management and they have different password policies. So, when the user updates the password for one of the application from IdentityNow it should be updated for the other application as well. Is this achievable? Or this possible only if both the applications share the same password policies?
