I’m facing off the next problem, when a user has a Leaver event from the authorative source IIQ launch a requestHandler to remove the application account’s, the issue I’m looking is in some case’s the user’s has a dilimited file account application’s , this application´s need’s to be attendant by an especific group instead the workgroup app owner, but the workflow isn’t work correctly and the notification go to workgroup app owner.
I have the next doubt where I could find the LCM or the workflow what trigged this part’ due to on the app setting’s the revoker is set correctly
@BrianJ It should be part of LCM Provisioning subprocesses only. Could you try setting it up in Global Work Item Forwarding rule, where it’ll detect the workitem and you can inject your logic to assign to different owner.
Ok I see, let me see if understand, when workflow leaver event is triggered and then requesthandler activated to start the leaver to a user all of this process is managed throught the lifecycle event leaver, and in this process I can custom the process to do a new logic isn’t?
@BrianJ Whenever LCM workflow generates a workitem, IIQ also triggers a Global WorkItem Forwarding to see if there are any customization available to change the owner of the workitem. You can find it in GlobalSettings → IdentityIQ Configuration → WorkItem, scroll down to the end to see the option.
Ok, currently I saw this part on the settings, now I have to work in a rule to do the forwarding for some application´s if the workitem go to the appowner instead to the other group.
Another doubt @neel193 on the setting’s I saw this label “Global work item forwarding rule” if I’ll apply this change’s the custom rule gonna overdrive for all workitem’s on IIQ or I can do work for some app’s?
@BrianJ This rule being called for all workitems, you can filter on workitem type and any additional filter based on underlying items to figure out whom to assign.
