Stale data report empty

Hello,

We are getting the stale data report as empty. but there are OneDrive, files, etc. Which is 6 months old?

What could be the reason this is seen?

Usually it happens when the report has more than 1M records to retrieve or you don’t have any matching data to be exported. Refer to the below post to get a report on FAM’s stale data analysis.

You will find some queries you can run on the FAM DB to confirm that there is stale data that matches your staleness criteria.
