@hrazzel We experienced a similar issue - updating the workflow launcher task to contain the below fixed it. Appears to be a change in 8.3.

Remove the duplicate taskresults it will fix.

Even we are facing this issue, already Workflow launcher task has below entry in my cause

TaskDefinition concurrent="true"

Please help us resolving this issue.
