Unable to locate column config for [accountGroupCamRolesTableColumns]

I have setup sailpoint as a docker container..I get the below error when I try to open any entitlement in IIQ 8.2p2. Checking in logs I get an error saying “Unable to locate column config for [accountGroupCamRolesTableColumns].”

Adding the log file as well.

Any assistance is most welcome on this.

In UI config are you able to see the below entry , if not finding accountGroupCamRolesTableColumnsentry please add in ui config.

Hi  @pvr

Thanks for your reply. I added the code in ui config but it didn’t resolve the issue.  It is still registering the same error in logs. I am adding the latest logs as well.

Any other suggestions or perhaps something else need to be done as well aside from adding the above entry?

Thanks  @pvr   I was able to figure it out after you pointed the ui configs missing. There were indeed some configs missing from my instance. I will investigate on how it happened but when I copied the missing configs from a separate working 8.2 instance, the issue was resolved.

Hi, I am facing the same issue and tried adding the below tags and now it is working fine.

Similar Issue Identified after upgrading the environment :

Issue : Old UI config  doesn’t contains the appropriate value for the newer version which caused this error make sure to compare your old UI config with new one .

After updating the old uiconfig resolved the issue . Added below to the UI config which resolved the issue
