Update Configuration to for SSL certificate

On a Linux box, what file do I need to update in order to repoint how SailPoint is going to grab the SSL certificate on the local servers?  Is it in the iiq.properties file, server.xml file, etc..?

It depends on the application server you use to host IIQ. For example, tomcat by default used underlying Java trust store cacerts to check SSL public keys during handshake unless it is customized through catalina.sh by setting Java SSL related JVM properties. In case of Websphere, you can se WAS admin console to configure Java trust store.
