What is available in the provisioning plan

We are looking at Generic SDIM integration with ISC.

The target ticketing system requires an identity identifier that is not available in the account definition.

Would the identity attributes (say email address) be available within the provisioning plan passed on to the provisioning connector or would we require an additional step (before provisioning rule, other?) to get this information made available?

In the provisioning plan you have the identity, the nativeIdentity of the account , and the attributes being set/updated. It depends on what you define in the provisioning policy.

If the attribute you’re looking for is not in the plan you’ll have to use a before provisioning rule

Hi Cristian,

Just to be precise, when you refer to “the identity”, it is purely a pointer to the identity record, not a dump of the identity at that very moment, correct?

It would definitely make sense to have the bp rule enhance the provisioning plan content.

Thanks for your help, it is much appreciated

the identity object refers to the current identity object being acted upon.
