Role Inherent Risk Details Report
For customers using Access Analyzer to report on SuccessFactors access risks, we have developed a new report that provides insights on SuccessFactors roles that inherently have segregation of duties (SoD) conflicts. This report will accelerate role remediation activities.
SM20 Data for Customers with Multiple Application Servers and Support of SAP ECC 4.x Versions
In the September release, we provided customers with the ability to leverage SM20 logging information to supplement the EAM Review, but this was limited to customers with only a single application server. With this release, customers with multiple application servers and customers on SAP ECC 4.x versions can now leverage this same functionality.
Please reach out to Support if you would like to enable the additional SM20 data.
EAM Reporting Role
Many customers have requested a dedicated role for EAM reporting purposes, to avoid assigning administration or reviewer roles. With this release, you will see a new role within ‘Manage Users’ that can be assigned to individuals that only need to report on emergency access requests. The role is called ‘Emergency Access Reporting Super-User’
New Status ‘Retracted’
A new EAM Request ‘State’ called ‘Retracted’ has been created to retain a complete EAM Request history and to easily differentiate requests that were withdrawn by the Requester from requests that were deleted.
‘Requested For’ User Receives Notification at End of Workflow
To improve the overall communication throughout the provisioning workflow, there is an added email that will be sent to the end user to inform them that the request has been completed and access granted.
Role to TCode Review Shows All Transaction Codes
When performing a Role to Tcode Review, all transaction codes assigned to the role will be included in the role. Previously, this review type only contained transaction codes that were associated with risk and included in the Rulebook.
Direct Profile Assignments are included in Access Reviewer
When performing a User to Role Review, any directly assigned profiles will be included in the review. This feature will ensure that all access assigned, be it from a PFCG role or profile is properly recertified.
