Supported ServiceNow Applications and Store Versions

SailPoint keeps updating the support for the 4 apps published in ServiceNow store to match the support policy of ServiceNow as well as versions released by IdentityNow and IdentityIQ.

SailPoint's ServiceNow team endeavours to announce the support of latest versions within 2 weeks post the GA (General Availability) release of ServiceNow as well as SailPoint releases.

Compatibility and support matrix with ServiceNow and SailPoint are available in the respective app documentation links.

Washington EA only has been released.

As mentioned on the page, we announce our support to the latest version within 2 weeks of GA release.

What happened to the compatibility matrix? If I click on any of the links in this article, I'm just looped back to this page. Is there a new page that lists what versions of the ServiceNow connectors are supported with which versions of IIQ?

That compatibility link mentions the Washington version of Service Catalog is 3.1 but I believe we are on 3.2 and awaiting the 4.0 version of SailPoint IdN for Service Catalog

When will 4.0 be available in the ServiceNow store?
