File Access Manager 8.3 Service Pack 4 Deployment (standard upgrade) and Installation (new services) Guides
IMPORTANT
Please read this Service Pack Guide carefully as this is a unique Service Pack and requires special considerations.
This service pack (8.3 SP4) comes with a Server Installer and Collector Installation Manager. After applying this service pack, any service installs/uninstalls will require use of the new Server Installer/Collector Installation Manager. Please reference File Access Manager Installation Guide Version: 8.3 SP4
This service pack requires .NET 6
There are only two items in this service pack.
1. Support for .NET Core 2. Migration to Microsoft Graph (see Important Information and Update – requires reissuance of authorization)
You CANNOT directly upgrade, you will need to move through installing the general release(s) before applying this service pack. IE. If you are still on 8.1, the upgrade path would be 8.1 – 8.1 SP3 – 8.2 – 8.3 – 8.3 SP4.
