How do I pay for training?

You have three ways to buy training from Identity University:

  • Major Credit Card
    • Identity University accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and JCB credit cards.
  • Training Units
    • Training Units are pre-paid cash accounts that many companies use to manage their training spend in Identity University.
  • Purchase Order
    • We require a PDF version of a purchase order from your company to invoice. Please open a Support ticket  if you wish to be invoiced by using a purchase order.

We have a detailed document attached to this article describing the payment process steps in Identity University. If you are a first-time user we recommend you read it in advance of making your first purchase. 

How are sales taxes treated in Identity University?

Sometimes US sales tax is applicable to Identity University training purchases. (Identity University is not subject to VAT or other non-US taxes.) When buying a training registration by credit card, applicable sales tax will be added automatically to the total charged.

When purchasing Training Units sales tax will be charged as applicable. As a result, sales tax is never added when paying for training with Training Units, since sales tax has already been paid.
