New SaaS Connectors - Workday Accounts, Box, Dropbox and Zendesk

Hello Everyone,

We are super excited to announce the rolled out of new SailPoint SaaS connectors - Workday Accounts SaaS, Box SaaS, Dropbox SaaS and Zendesk SaaS in Identity Security Cloud. These SaaS Connectors do not require a Virtual Appliance to run and provide SaaS-SaaS connectivity for Workday Accounts, Box, Dropbox and Zendesk systems. 

Workday Accounts SaaS Connector

• The SailPoint Workday Accounts SaaS Connector securely connects to Workday and provides a deep level of management on your accounts present in the Workday HCM, along with Organization roles and User based security groups. Along with this, it also supports the Learning management for Workday accounts. 
• High-level capabilities:
  • Account Management
    • Full Account Aggregation and Refresh Accounts
    • Account Aggregation Filters
    • Aggregation of future accounts ahead of their hire date
    • Aggregation of Extended Enterprise Learner Accounts
    • Create Workday Accounts
    • Enable, Disable Account
    • Add/Removal of Organization Role
    • Add/Removal of User-based Security Groups
    • Access certifications (certification of entitlements connected to accounts)
  • Group Management
    • Aggregation of User-based Security Groups
    • Aggregation of Organization Roles
  • Learning Management
    • Aggregation of active and completed courses assigned to the user.
    • Aggregation of the “Learning Course Offering Associated with Blended Course”, digital course and learning program as part of group aggregation.

Box SaaS Connector

• The SailPoint Box SaaS connector securely connects with your Box system and provides governance capabilities for the accounts and associated groups of the Box system.
• High-level capabilities:
  • Account Management

    • Aggregation, Delta Aggregation, and Refresh Accounts
    • Create and update Accounts
    • Enable and disable Accounts
    • Add and remove Entitlements
    • Access certifications (certification of entitlements connected to accounts)

    • Manage Box Groups as Entitlements

Dropbox SaaS Connector

• The SailPoint Dropbox SaaS connector can securely connect with the Dropbox system and provides the governance capabilities for the accounts and associated groups of the Dropbox system.

    • Aggregation, and Refresh Accounts
    • Enable and disable Accounts

Zendesk SaaS Connector

• The SailPoint Zendesk SaaS Connector securely connects to Zendesk and provides governance capabilities for the users and the associated Groups, Organizations, Custom Agent Roles in the Zendesk system. This ensures the right set of users have the access to the Zendesk Support.
