If you have an app on your Launchpad that launches a corporate account - for example, your company's Twitter account - you might not be able to launch it for a few reasons:
- Your administrator is changing the account credentials
- You were only recently given access to the account. Although this requires the administrator to reset the user name and password, existing users won't be affected by this delay.
These issues typically take a very short amount of time to resolve. If you continue to see problems, contact your administrator for assistance.
