How do I use SafeNet for password resets?

    If you need to reset your IdentityNow password for any reason, and your company has enabled the SafeNet integration, you can use SafeNet MobilePASS to reset your password.

     

    Prerequisites:

     

    • Set up SafeNet MobilePASS as described here.

     

    Complete the following steps:

     

    1. From the sign in page, click Forgot Password.

     

    2. When prompted, click SafeNet.

    4. Enter the SafeNet passcode required by your administrator.

     

    5. Enter your new password.

     

    6. Click Save.

     

    NOTE: If you are resetting your password on a new device, you'll be prompted to provide your old password at your next login. Without your old password, the account information for apps on your Launchpad is cleared out.
