Obtaining the Custom Connector Files Required for SAP and SAP HR Sources/Connectors

If you want to configure the SAP HR and SAP Sources in IdentityNow/Connectors in IdentityIQ, you must obtain the connector files to configure your Source/Connector.

Prerequisites

Ensure that you have an SAP Marketplace account.

Obtaining the Files

Perform the following steps:

1. Navigate to https://support.sap.com/en/product/connectors/jco.html.
2. (For IdentityIQ) For the the SAP HR and SAP Connectors download the respective .jar files depending on the Operating System.
   (For IdentityNow) For the SAP HR and SAP Sources download the Linux .jar files. Navigate to Linux (for Intel compatible processors).
   
   
3. When prompted sign in with your credentials.

4. Extract the contents of the downloaded .jar file to a directory.
