S0C4 Abend in CTSR100 when processing delayed delete.
Delayed Delete processing can cause an abend S0C4 in CTSR100 when attempting to change the ownership of a digital certificate using an RALT command.
This processing is incorrect for digital certificates and will be corrected with this PTF.
