Supported Use Cases

Account Management

• Create Workday Accounts

• Aggregation & Filtering: Workday Accounts connector supports filtering of active and future accounts based on the Organization and Organization Reference ID.

Group Management

• Aggregation of User-based Security Groups through Account Aggregation

Provisioning

• Enable, Disable

• Change Password

• Add/Removal of Organization Role

• Add/Removal of User-Based Security Groups

P.S. Workday Accounts Connector supports provisioning of all supported attributes except for File number and Worker type.

 

Supported Versions

• Workday Connector supports the following versions of the Workday System:
• Workday API version 30.1, 31, 38.0, and 39.1.
• Note: Workday Connector uses Workday's SOAP API which is independent of the Workday system version and is backwards compatible.

Could Sailpoint 7.3 for Workday connector support the following cases:

• Full Entitlement Aggregation
• Full Group Aggregation

If not, wich cases support the old version? (7.3) just Full account aggregation?

@jamieleesmith We have checked the latest workday version and found that Get and Put APIs for Role-based security groups are not available.

• A similar thread was found on the Workday community: https://community.workday.com/forums/customer-questions/700016 where users have asked for such API.

• Question posted from our side on community: https://community.workday.com/forums/customer-questions/847258, we got a reply regarding Assign Role but this is not what we needed here.

I realize this really depends on the Workday API, but wanted to check here regardless.
