Identity Security Cloud and IdentityNow customers can track access requests by navigating to Search > Reports > Access Request Activity.
Customers can also enter the search query type:"ACCESS_REQUEST" to retrieve this information.
However, note that only users with sufficient access levels will be able to perform the operations above.
