What types of multi-factor authentication (MFA) integrations does IdentityNow support?

IdentityNow supports the following multi-factor authentication (MFA) integration use cases:

• Strong Authentication for Login, Password Resets, and Account Unlocks
  • Integration with PingFederate (as an external identity provider), RSA SecureID, Symantec VIP, and SafeNet are available. Refer to the official product documentation for more information regarding configuring strong authentication integrations and configuring authentication for password resets.
  • Note that Okta Verify integration is also available as an strong authentication option for password resets, but not available for login. For more information, refer to the official product documentation.
• Strong Authentication for the Administrator Interface
  • Integration with Duo Security is available. For more information, refer to the official product documentation.
