Here is a sample File Access Manager (formerly known as SecurityIQ) project plan template (see the attached FAM-Project Plan Template.xlsx). You can use this template as a model for your own project plan, modifying it as needed. The template includes sample durations for each line item; your own duration estimates may vary. The template also includes task sets for setting up 5 applications; your own implementation may have more or fewer.
An XML version of a sample project plan template that can be used with Microsoft Project is also included here (see the attached FAM- Project Plan Template.xml.zip); note that this sample plan contains sample data that will need to be modified.
