Welcome to IdentityNow!
IdentityNow was designed from the ground up to be a simple yet powerful, cost-effective IDaaS solution that provides immediate value to business and IT users. Our implementation process is designed with that in mind. Each stage of your initial Services engagement includes important milestones you'll use to prepare your environment and your team to get IdentityNow up and running quickly.
We've created this Getting Started space to walk you through essential first steps as you start your IdentityNow journey.
Beginning Your Journey
At SailPoint, we're committed to building a long-term relationship by investing in your IAM program. As a result, you will soon be introduced to a dedicated Customer Success Manager via a WebEx meeting. The Customer Success Manager is one of your most valuable resources, as they serve as your primary advocate within SailPoint. The intent of your first interaction with your Customer Success Manager is to validate your strategic goals, confirm contractual information, and finalize the project kickoff date.
Most importantly, your Engagement Manager has the professional expertise to guide you through the next steps on your journey.
Please expect an introductory meeting invitation from your Sales Executive.
Kickoff and Beyond
Your journey with Services will continue via the Kickoff Meeting with your assigned Engagement Manager. During this large-scale meeting, your team will review the project objectives, discuss the architecture slides including the virtual appliance, and confirm details for environment creation. Your Engagement Manager will be the main point of contact throughout the Services project.
Agenda
At this time we'll discuss:
Introductions > Project Goals > Project Overview > Logistics/Key Dates > IDN Architecture > Your Requirements > Questions
Project Plan & Timelines
Project Plans vary greatly based on the products purchased, therefore a custom project plan will be delivered to you after the Kickoff Meeting.
