As of September 14th, 2020, we ask that you submit all training requests to the Support Portal.

 

The SailPoint Support Portal allows you to:

  • Easily create tickets using our forms
  • Search and filter your tickets
  • Close your tickets
  • Copy others on your requests
  • Submit and receive attachments

 

Ready to get started? Follow these directions!

  • Visit support.sailpoint.com and enter your Compass Community account email address, create a new password, and you’re ready to go.
  • Don’t have a Compass account yet? No problem, you can Create an Account today.
