How can I purchase a subscription?

Subscriptions can be purchased using credit cards or purchase order. Training units are not available for subscription payment.

Credit Cards

To purchase a subscription directly on Identity University with a credit card, select Subscribe now, from the home page to view subscription options.

Next, please submit a support ticket by clicking Education Services request or by emailing training-help@sailpoint.com to have your training profile be provisioned to the subscription.

Then register for a SailPoint course!

1. Select the subscription you are interested to purchase.

2. Under the Available classes header, click ADD TO CART which will automatically update your shopping cart.

3. When you are ready to finalize your registration, click on the shopping cart icon and then select My Cart to begin the checkout process.

Purchase Order

To purchase subscription(s) using a purchase order, follow the steps below:

1. Request a training quote by submitting a support ticket in Education Services request or by emailing training-help@sailpoint.com. A sales representative will assist you in generating a formal quote.
2. Reference the quote in requesting and generating the purchase order. Purchase Order must match the quote details.
3. Once purchase order is approved, send a copy to your sales representative along with a copy of the signed quote. It is best practice to submit both a signed copy of the quote and a purchase order. This ensures smooth processing of our SailPoint invoice by your accounts payable team.
