How can I purchase a subscription?

Subscriptions can be purchased using credit cards or purchase order. Training units are not available for subscription payment.

 

Credit Cards

To purchase a subscription directly on Identity University with a credit card, please use this link to navigate to your options. You can select from a 1-month, 3-month or 1-year subscription.

After you have completed your purchase, you are ready to enroll!

To see what is all included with a subscription, please navigate to the catalog and select the Subscription filter to the right. 

 

 

Purchase Order

To purchase subscription(s) using a purchase order, follow the steps below:

1. Request a training quote by submitting a support ticket in Education Services request or by emailing training-help@sailpoint.com. A sales representative will assist you in generating a formal quote.
2. Reference the quote in requesting and generating the purchase order. Purchase Order must match the quote details.
3. Once purchase order is approved, send a copy to your sales representative along with a copy of the signed quote. It is best practice to submit both a signed copy of the quote and a purchase order. This ensures smooth processing of our SailPoint invoice by your accounts payable team.
