Please make sure you have any custom provisioning rule or custom workflow is throwing this error. In this case, the provisioning is successful but on IIQ side, it fails with this error, "The application script threw an exception: java.lang.NullPointerException: Null Pointer in Method Invocation BSF info: script at line: 0 column: columnNo.”
1. Try to revert back to the default provisioning policy for the application and check the issue.
2. Try to remove any custom workflow from, system setup, Lifecycle Manager Configuration and revert back to default workflow.
