The following reports were created on the following premise:
“… new accounts must be correlated within three days. If three days have gone by since a the account was discovered then it should be included on a report that should be generated each day…”
The reports were built based on the out of the box “uncorrelated accounts” report.
They take into account the concept of “account discovery date” because some systems might not include the account creation date on their feed or the accounts were created long before IIQ was deployed. This way, IIQ users are given a few days to correlate accounts before those accounts appear on the report. During that time they could use the standard identity correlation tools provided by IIQ.
The reports also allow you to select which applications should be listed. If none is specified then it is assumed that all applications are going to be shown.
A date in the future (or today) means every account is going to be shown, which is the same thing as running the standard uncorrelated accounts report.
Pending Improvements:
- Add feature to count week days and not weekend days.
