ServiceEntry [] ERROR : "Exception raised!Unknown error (0x80005000)"

 

Root Cause

Password Interceptor (PWI) cannot reverse resolve DNS records of the domain controller

 

Workaround/Fix

The fix should be both fixing the DNS Server's reverse zone of the corresponding DC, as well as for possible missing or corrupted registry keys, as documented at The domain name may not appear in its correct form in the DNS record of a Windows 2000-based or Wind...
