How to create access profile in IdentityNow

1) Login to SailPoint IdentityNow.

2) Click on Admin tab->go to Access and click on Access Profile.

3) Click on Create New.

4) Go to Configuration->add name, owner, description and entitlement source and click on save.

5) Go to Manage entitlements to add entitlement. In Add Entitlement textbox- search entitlement to be added and then click on '+' button to add entitlement. Note-you can add more than one entitlement.

6) Go to Access Requests to set approvers.

    a) Click on Require Approval checkbox.

    b) Click on Reviewers dropdown and select Managers from the option. Select more options if you want to set multiple level approval.

    c) Click on checkbox- 'when a reviewer denies the request'  when you want reviewer to provide reason for rejection of the request.

7) Click on save.
