The SailPoint ServiceNow Identity Governance SaaS connector now support discovery of AI Agents and Agentic Workflow Agents.

In ServiceNow, AI Agents can understand user intent, trigger backend workflows, and return contextual results. They act as wrappers around workflows (Flow Designer or scripted logic), providing a conversational and intelligent interface through Now Assist or Virtual Agent.

In ServiceNow’s Agentic Workflow framework, multiple AI Agents can be orchestrated to work together on a single business process.

  • Each agent acts as a specialist persona (e.g., IT Agent, HR Assistant, Procurement Bot).
  • The workflow acts as a conductor, handing off tasks between agents depending on context.
  • This enables domain-specific expertise to be applied without overloading a single AI model.

SailPoint Agent Identity Security provide the capability to discover and govern all the ServiceNow AI Agents along with

  • Discovery of AI Agents and Agentic Workflow Agents
  • Filter option to fetch specific category of Agent.
  • Date specific information of Agents such as CreatedDate, LastModifiedDate, and SystemModstamp.
  • All the system specific details such as system domain, scope, packages etc.
