Streamlined, advanced application management and onboarding

The first step to Zero Trust is ensuring that the critical applications businesses rely on every day are onboarded for proper governance. We’ve made that easier for organizations with flexible, expert-led solutions like SailPoint Accelerated Application Management (SAAM) and our integrated, AI-driven application onboarding capabilities within Identity Security Cloud.

New SAAM capabilities continue to expand this reach via deeper integration with the SailPoint data platform, new interactive dashboards to check onboarding progress, and additional “quick compliance” connectivity that lets organizations configure applications and quickly establish governance. And, we’ve added the privileged access management (PAM) category to SailPoint’s application onboarding capability as another means of discovering ungoverned applications.

  • SailPoint Accelerated Application Management (SAAM)
    • Expanded integration with Identity Security Cloud (ISC): Deeper integration with ISC and the SailPoint data platform connects SailPoint browser-based discovery in SAAM with ISC’s centralized identity governance, empowering security and identity teams to respond quickly to new application findings—all from one unified platform
    • New interactive dashboards: Four new dynamic widgets give enterprises deeper insights into key application governance metrics, risk posture and onboarding priorities.
    • 175 new “quick compliance” connectors: Additional 175 SAAM-exclusive connectors with Express Setup capabilities further expand application coverage; satisfy basic governance with access reviews and certifications; and help enterprises quickly meet common compliance use cases.
  • SailPoint integrated application onboarding for Identity Security Cloud
    • Expanded choices for application discovery: Discovery goes beyond SSO (PingOne, Okta & EntraID) and CMDB (ServiceNow) with the addition of PAM to discover ungoverned applications. The first of these is for CyberArk Shared Services, with others to follow.
    • Express Setup for existing SailPoint-developed deep governance connectivity: Express Setup lets enterprises establish governance for critical applications in just a few clicks, including streamlined configuration to help enterprises start running source operations quickly and meet audit and access risk requirements faster.

Both the SAAM solution and AI-powered application onboarding capabilities are available for all Identity Security Cloud product suites, including Foundations, Standard, Business and Business Plus.

Solving the problem of disconnected applications

The problem of disconnected applications is a pervasive identity security issue that affects nearly every organization: If an application can’t be connected, it can’t be governed—and that creates loopholes that could lead to security risks.

We’ve developed a generic RPA integration for SailPoint Identity Security Cloud to support robotic process automation (RPA) platforms and satisfy “last-mile connectivity” needs for disconnected applications. Enterprises can now use RPA tools and SailPoint together for aggregation and provisioning disconnected applications.

Connectivity for every identity

Identity security that covers all identities—whether human, agentic, robotic or digital (like service accounts, API keys and tokens)—is a critical business imperative. SailPoint is satisfying this imperative with expanded connectivity that helps enterprises secure data and applications for any user.

  • Imprivata Vendor Privileged Access Management (VPAM): This integration expands our reach into governing third-party access management solutions, as well as expands our existing Imprivata partnership.
  • ServiceNow: Extended ServiceNow integration lets organizations easily classify identities as either human or machine and execute full governance capabilities.
  • Web services: Enhanced web services connectivity now supports custom AI agent discovery to support applications as machine identities. We’ve also made updates to our delimited file connector to include an option for VA-based connectivity.
  • Databricks integration: New Databricks integration extends discovery and governance to both Databricks agents and human identities via the integration’s "Agent Bricks" capability. Can be used standalone or with SailPoint’s Agent Identity Security (AIS) solution.
  • Agent discovery application connectors: Adds Microsoft CoPilot (part of our focus on deeper integration of Microsoft capabilities) and Google Gemini, in addition to Salesforce, ServiceNow and Snowflake. Can be used standalone or with SailPoint’s Agent Identity Security (AIS) solution.
