Important Community update: A new SailPoint experience is coming this October

SailPoint is building a modern, centralized resource hub and community experience designed to make it easier to find answers, access SailPoint resources in one place, solve problems with peers, and grow your identity security career. 

Before the October launch, Compass Community content and resources will transition to their new home. Hello, SailPoint Community! I'm Martha Casanova, and I have the pleasure of leading the Admirals Club, SailPoint’s dedicated customer advocacy program. As part of the Customer Marketing team, we create opportunities for our valued customers to share their identity security stories, connect with their peers, and actively contribute to our vibrant community. 

Participation can take many forms, including presenting at events, providing testimonials, being featured in a blog, or offering feedback through our advisory boards. We strive to personalize this experience by aligning opportunities with members’ preferences. As customers engage in these activities, they will earn points that can be redeemed for SailPoint services, event tickets, and gifts.

Meet Naomi Wilkin: Making knowledge easier to find

Hey SailPoint Community! I'm Naomi Wilkin, Knowledge Manager on the Customer Experience and Enablement team at SailPoint. My team and I aim to curate a diverse and accessible knowledge ecosystem so that customers can find the right information when they need it. A key facet of this is understanding how our information architecture influences findability. We are currently redefining our descriptive metadata to be more structured, specific, and reflective of each resource's informational value. These changes will not only make resources more discoverable when customers search our knowledge base, but will also richen the context and meaning LLMs develop when ingesting our content. We look forward to rolling out this improvement and more like it so customers can find accurate and relevant solutions faster!
