Locating unanswered posts by topic
The search bar is available on every page, but you can also bookmark the Search page to access it directly.
1. Enter the topic you wish to explore into the search bar, then click on the magnifying glass icon.
2. Click on the Type of Post tab, then select the Forums filter checkbox.
3. Select Advanced located to the left of Search Options, then check the box for Topics with no replies.
4. You now have a refined list of posts with no replies from all of SailPoint's product forums.
Note: To remove a filter, click on the X symbol next to the filter you wish to clear.
Locating unanswered posts by date

3. Click on the Date tab, then choose the desired date.
4. Select Advanced located to the left of Search Options, then check the box for Topics with no replies.
5. You now have a refined list of posts with no replies from all of SailPoint's product forums within a specified time frame.
Note: To remove a filter, click on the X symbol next to the filter you wish to clear.
