  • Creating tickets for manual provisioning operations.

  • Checking the status of the tickets.

  • Synchronizing ticket status between SailPoint's Ivanti Cherwell Service Desk Integration Module and the Cherwell IT Service Management system.

  • Retry Mechanism for Create Ticket request failure.

My client is on CSM On-Prem Version 10.2.3. Its not listed as Supported version, Is it possible that this integration still may work?
