We’ve also rolled out significant enhancements to SailPoint Machine Identity Security (MIS), providing full lifecycle management for machine accounts, from secure creation to auditable deletion. These updates tackle one of the most persistent challenges in identity governance: how machine accounts are created, managed, and retired.
Now, you can extend your identity governance program to include machine accounts and AI agents, applying the same rigorous policies and workflows you use for human identities.

Effortless access: The Harbor Pilot Access Request Agent
What if requesting access was as simple as asking a colleague a question? We are thrilled to introduce the Access Request Agent, the newest addition to SailPoint Harbor Pilot.
This new agent eliminates the need to navigate complex portals or forms. Employees can simply describe the application they need in the Harbor Pilot chat interface. The agent will then return a list of potential applications, and the user can select the right one to submit the request. Users can also ask Harbor Pilot for updates on active requests or to cancel a request if it's no longer needed.
This brings a new level of efficiency and a vastly improved user experience to your identity program.
