To further accelerate our Agentic Fabric vision, SailPoint has completed the acquisition of Entro Security, a pioneer in non-human identity (NHI) and credentials security.
Entro adds the specific ability to discover non-human identities and unmanaged machine credentials across your environment. It ties those highly privileged, often siloed credentials directly back to the governance controls you already rely on, bridging the gap between automated operations and clear human accountability.

Service Catalog AI Assistant: Manage access with natural language
Available now from the ServiceNow store, the Service Catalog AI Assistant brings natural language processing to Identity Security cloud. Through a simple chatbot, your users can work with identity security cloud roles, access profiles, and entitlements using everyday language, rather than navigating complex menus.
The result is a faster, more intuitive access experience for your workforce and less friction for the teams supporting them. Download the assistant from the ServiceNow store to add it to your environment.

Privileged entitlements and just-in-time capabilities
Not all access carries the same weight. In Identity Security Cloud, you can now flag specific entitlements as privileged, giving your team clearer visibility into the access that demands the most scrutiny. This approach minimizes standing privilege, shrinks your attack surface, and moves you closer to a zero standing privilege model.
