In May, we launched the Customer Success Center on Compass, marking the first phase in our ongoing journey to build a dynamic customer experience platform that evolves with customer feedback and market demands. Since then, we've seen an amazing response, with over 10,000 views and more than 100 downloads of the templates and resources designed to support identity security programs.
Now, as we approach the official launch of Phase 2, we're excited to introduce additional content and a refreshed structure for our Onboarding and Success Planning guides, giving customers the right resources at the right time. Look out for the announcement, coming soon after Navigate.
