Hi 
Is the TempDB and Logs Size % is compared to the Total Recommended storage and not only the permissions storage estimate on sheet 2

e.g. Temp DB should be 20% of (Events Storage Size estimate from sheet 1 + Permission Storage Size estimate from sheet 2)
