Forms is built to support this but we need to add capabilities to the Request center. This is currently planned but not committed. My peer PM, Jennifer Mitchell, owns this request. You can add your comments and votes here:

Several of you brought up the idea of setting up an adaptive approval workflow on several access items at the same time. What do you think that looks like:

• A global adaptive approval workflow that applies to everything?
• A checkbox / multi-item edit feature in the UI?
• Setting adaptive approval workflows at the source?
• Something else entirely?

Please pass along this feedback to the product managers. I think there needs to be some investigation into implementing approvals into forms without having to send an email link with a new form filled with data from a previous form filled by the user who launched the initial form. The generic approval policy will not work due to character limits. We need a way to capture approvals and offer those approvers the ability to maybe modify the initial form responses instead of flat denials. The approvals would be the first desired outcome.
