Whether implementing or administering, Set Up and Administer Identity Security Cloud is the course for you.  Available with your Identity University subscription, it provides the foundational learning for Identity Security Administrators and Engineers, and it replaces and expands on IdentityNow Essentials. The course still covers the basics, starting from onboarding the authoritative source, and now also includes additional connector information, how to configure and leverage AI components, and how to create simple workflows to automate day-to-day tasks. 

The on-demand course is available now and you can register for instructor-led classes with schedule options for January, February and early March, or late March and future dates.

Search Identity Security Cloud

How important is search in Identity Security Cloud? It’s powerful and crucial! Learn to make the most of searches in Identity Security Cloud. From simple to complex, well-structured searches help you uncover critical information about your data and serve as the starting point for other processes such as  certification and policy creation, reporting, and role creation. ​This new course, available with your Identity University subscription, is designed not just for the Identity Administrators and Engineers, but also for compliance teams, role administrators, and other teams who need to search the Identity Security Cloud data.

Manage Compliance with Identity Security Cloud

Access certifications and policies are crucial for maintaining appropriate access and detecting unwanted access. In this course, available with your Identity University subscription, you’ll learn multiple ways to create and manage different types of policies and certification campaigns.​ While it is included in both the Identity Security Administrator and Engineer training paths, this course is also designed for compliance teams who need to configure and manage certification campaigns and policy.

Design and Build Identity Security Cloud Workflows

Do you have unlimited resources for monitoring your org's systems day and night? Of course you don’t! Automation is key to identity security and supports a lean organization. This course, for technical implementers, expands on the workflow introduction provided in Set Up and Administer Identity Security Cloud. Available with your Identity University subscription, it provides additional skills for automating your identity security world using Identity Security Cloud workflows.  Key takeaways from the course are the ability to construct, modify, test, and troubleshoot workflows in the workflow builder; setup, modify, configure, and launch privileged task automation workflows; use interactive forms, native change detection, and outlier detection to trigger workflows and automate joiner, mover, and lever processes.​ This course replaces the SaaS Workflows: Design and Build course in the Identity Engineer training path.
