We are pleased to announce the availability of two updated courses in Identity University:
- IdentityNow Implementation and Administration – Essentials , instructor led training (ILT), and
- IdentityNow Implementation and Administration – Essentials, v19b, eLearning.
This is our second release of both courses in 2019, as we continue to improve and increase the technical training content available to partners and customers.
What’s New
Improvements to these 2 courses entailed completing 73 change requests that included:
- many adjustments to improve overall quality and customer experience; and
- changes to cover the latest features currently available in IdentityNow including:
- Access request for others,
- Role revocation,
- Certification Campaign enhancements, and
- Separation of Duties.
