Make sure you select the proper host where your VM should be located. Select the geographic area matching your physical location. Note, your physical location is based on your VPN presence.

Check that your browser is up to date and that your browser settings are compatible with the Cloud VM (allow cookies, popups and redirects)

Does your organization require VPN access which is active during the training, routing the VM access through their VPN? If yes, can you avoid this routing? This structure will always add latency.
