Initially, you'll probably want to check out Identity University's training paths, starting with the Identity Security Leader course series. It's a great way to learn the scope of Identity Security, and at the same time earn an important foundational credential.
Next you can check out the Identity Security Administrator learning path, which provides training on the day-to-day operation of SailPoint's SaaS Identity Security solution: Identity Security Cloud. At the end of that path, you can unlock the Identity Security Professional credential exam and then register for the SailPoint Certified Identity Security Administrator certification.
After those valuable accomplishments, depending on the depth of your role you may want training that focuses on customizing solutions and integrated solutions. With SailPoint's Identity Security Engineer training path you can learn and earn your Identity Security Expert credential and Identity Security Engineer certification to help demonstrate your extended knowledge and competency.
