Ingrid, it's great to see you here and thank you for posting! So happy to hear you are entering the exciting Identity and Access Management field on your career journey - so much opportunity!
If you haven't already done so, you may want to consider earning your Identity Security Leader credential from SailPoint. It's a series of 6 no-cost e-learning courses (about 6 to 8 hours total) in which you can enroll here, followed by a free accreditation exam. You'll be awarded the SailPoint Identity Security Leader badge upon completion, which is perfect to use in your email signature and/or social media profiles!
If you don't mind me asking, what is your area of interest in Idenity and Access Management? Depending on that, you can follow one of our many exciting and evolving training paths here at Identity University.
For example, if you are interested in becoming an identity security administrator, consider taking the courses and exams in the SailPoint Identity Security Administrator path. If you are more into engineering, you'll probably want to complete the Identity Security Engineer path and ultimately earn your certification as a SailPoint Identity Security Engineer!
No matter which you choose, please realize that you have a cadre of people in the Community always willing to help you and share along your journey. And you can help others too, as we all are constantly learning given the nature of our profession and specialty!
Perhaps you'll be able to join us in person at one of our events, or in-person, such as the upcoming Navigate sessions to be held around the globe!
If you'd like to, you're most welcome to join me on LinkedIn as well. It's great to meet you virtually Ingrid, and please don't hesitate to post whenver you may have questions or just have something fun and/or interesting to share!
