New hire initial password set/reset challenges

setting up initial password without sharing password with managers/HR managers challenging during onboarding. Out of box SailPoint solution not working clean for expected scenarios. How will be the solution simplified and streamlined as part of product offering

• In what capacity are you referring to the management of passwords - passwords for ISC users or for users of applications outside of ISC?
• How have you been managing passwords outside of Identity Security Cloud?
• Which "out of box SailPoint solution" are you referring to? Is this native to ISC only, OR are you also leveraging the Password Management add-on capability?
• Which part is not working clean for expected scenarios?

We have a best practice guide for providing passwords to newly provisioned accounts, but I am not certain if this appropriately addresses your issue.

when we use onprem AD source as sign-in and it shows PASSWORDCHANGENOTALLOWED  error and shows contact adminstrator error.
