Curious to hear from the community: how do you manage non-human identity?
Thank you
Hi @SladjanaMarkovi
if you are seeking a response from a wider community audience (other implementers, administrators, customers, and partners), I suggest to post your question in the Identity Security Cloud forum.
This Identity University User Group's primary objective is "A place to engage and ask training- related questions of the SailPoint Technical Advocates" and "Start a discussion with others taking the same course."
To get you started with non-human identity management, the Identity University catalog has a couple of introductory courses on Machine Identity Security, although these courses do not include the most recent functionality:

https://university.sailpoint.com/administer-machine-identity-security
Agent Identity Security is such a new product offering, there are no official courses at this time. I recently delivered a webinar on Governing AI agents with Agent Identity Security, which may be interesting to your research.
Your best source of current information on SailPoint non-human identity products is webinars and live events such as:
Transform how you govern machine accounts
Managing humans is not enough: A best-practices guide to machine identity security

@SladjanaMarkovic great question and thank you for asking!
Hoping others can provide more practical insight - my field exposure is limited, since I mostly deliver training, help build course content & host webinars. However, here are some resources that can help explain:
SailPoint's Identity Security Cloud has a comprehensive and extensive capability of handling non-human identities through Machine Identity Security and AI Agent Security.
Looking forward to reading more responses from the Community!
