Hi,
I am taking the IIQ essentials training without instructor and I am facing some issues with the Cloud program used.
I often get logged out due to various errors and now I have been logged out and cannot login again with the Carl.Foster user. See attachment!
So I am unable to continue the training.
Another issue that I am facing is that I am unable to change the date for the Run of Certifications. Even when I choose Run Now, it schedules it to run later on and I have now 3 certifications in Pending state.
Which at the moment I am unable to take a screen shot off as I am unable to access the training.
Need someone to please have a look at this for me.
Never mind...I found it.
I looked at your cloud VM and it all seems to be working. Perhaps the CAPS lock was on when you were trying to log on as Carl.Foster/xyzzy
The Linux operating system password is “admin” , even though we changed the password for spadmin in IdentityIQ, the OS login remains the same (admin).
It looks like you have made it through most of the exercises, please let me know if you have any issues or additional questions.

By the way, you can check for serious errors in the Syslogs under:
Intelligence>Advanced Analytics with a search type of Syslog.
You can also stop and start Tomcat with the shortcuts on the desktop...which may solve connection issues.
As for the certifications, you can just delete them from the debug pages and recreate them.
Hi @VeronicaRA one of our Technical Advocates is reviewing your questions and will come back to you soon. Thanks!
