To display another column in the Worksheet view, mouse over any of the visible columns, and there will be a down-arrow widget. Click that widget to select the columns to display in the grid.
To enable the column globally, set hidden='false' for the column exceptionEntitlements-instance in the certificationItemTableColumns entry in the UIConfig.
*TIP - Try this with a new user who doesn't have any saved extGrids in their preferences.
