Quick and dirty log exporter

To facilitate some Splunk logging, we had created the attached executor that lets you create a task-configurable export of items into a flag log file for ingestion into things like Splunk.

No support or assurances provided - just a reference to give an idea of how to tackle the problem for something like Splunk if you're not planning on plugging in Splunk directly to your system via database connect.
